Leader of the Miner's Guild and possible mayor candidate, Halia BLAH, pulled the Rogue aside and tasked her with killing the leader of the Redbrands. Part of the quest was that the Rogue was to bring any papers, documents, or letters from the leader of the Redbrands to Halia.
